Some struggled (yours truly for one), others had an unbelievable day (Fiona???), whilst most seemed to keep their scores under control on another excellent day of golfing. The course was in magnificent condition. The weather got a bit cold and windy after we hit off.
A big thank you to the cooks and bar staff at the Laidley GC. Excellent meals and service.
As can be seen in the overall summary link below. The Div 1 category today moved out to D/HCP 0-12, whilst Div 2 went from D/HCP 13-18. I think that by doing this when the situation warrant makes sense to even out the men’s division. I think I will/may do this again if I have to.
Congratulations to all the winners, especially Fiona Munro (46 pts). Good luck in your next game Fiona; I know the handicapper!!!
For those astute amongst you, you have picked up that we had 68 starters today, but only 67 players on the overall results report. Unfortunately, Ernie Wright had to pullout during his round as he was unable to finish. We all hope that he has a speedy recovery and back golfing again ASAP.
