The compilation of the Events and Data contained in this record of the Association, from the inaugural meeting until the present day, has been made possible because of the dedication of Foundation Member, Ron Pflugrath (Dec.), who meticulously recorded each new entry as additional data became available. Experience Veteran Golfing with the IDVGA
Welcome to the Ipswich District Veteran Golfers Association (IDVGA).
Our mission is to provide golfing opportunities and social events for members and affiliated Veteran Golfers Associations under the Queensland Veteran Golf Union (QVGU).
Membership is open to men and women aged 55 and over, with an annual fee that grants access to local, state, and national events. Most games played across district clubs are Stableford competitions, whilst the Associations Annual Championship is a Stroke event. We also have the occasional Ambrose events.
