Another beautiful day.  Very pleasant to start, but Oh-boy did it get HOT later!   Mid-March and Summer decided it was too early to leave just yet.

Hopefully up the range for our next game in Toowoomba will be a bit cooler.

Today’s field had a further 3 more new members.  That’s 36 NEW Member this year so far.  That a total membership of over 150 now.  Well done all, and welcome to all the new members.

The field today was 68 players, (58 men and 10 ladies).

The Course was in excellent shape with the Greens and fairways in excellent condition following all the “good” rain from cyclone Alfred.   Unfortunately, the Laidley township had a little too much “bad” rain and got flooded again.

Congratulations to all winners, especially John Anderson who with a score of 38, was a clear 3 shot better than the rest of the field.     Congratulations John.

1.  They look very relax.  Must be having a good day boys?  That’s right – 1st hole and only 1 person has tee’ed off.   I wonder how the rest of the day went.

2.  John wondering if anyone is going watch his putt?   Not sure if he got the putt, but not to worry John it is only the first hole or was the camera the reason you only (I wish) got 32 points today?
