The weather report indicated the extreme possibility of afternoon rain, only it arrived 15 minutes after the morning hit-off.

The Field ended up being 90 (76 men and 14 ladies). Only 21 were able to complete the 18 holes, with most of the others not even lasting 9.

Dennis Russell and Murray Panzram were the best finishers with 31 points. Dennis won on countback.
