The game was cancelled because of rainy conditions and the threat of further rain. The rain continued throughout the day and play would not have been possible.

Members were advised of the decision by phone by the Captain and the President or by another player in their group. Trophies will be held over until Opening Day next year.

Next Programmed Game.  The next game is Opening Day 2024 at Rosewood Golf Club on Monday 30th January. The Timesheet will be available at Rosewood Golf Club on Friday 13th January.

The Annual General Meeting will follow Presentations. There will be three vacancies on the Committee, plus that of President. The support of members is being sought to fill these vacancies if the Association is to continue to conduct games next year. The remaining members of the Committee are carrying full loads and further assistance is needed to ensure games continue to run smoothly.

Our Constitution requires the presence of a President as a member of the Executive if we are to continue operating as an Association.
Nominations formally close at 3.00pm on Wednesday 17th January to assist with the printing of the 2024 Membership Cards, but failing that, will be accepted after that and from the floor of the meeting to accommodate late nominations. Membership Cards would then be printed after the meeting.
