What an exceptional day for golf.  Beautiful 14-15 degrees to start the day, with little wind.  Although, the wind did start to blow a little, with a threat of some light rain towards the end of most players round, there was little to complain about.   The course was in good condition and the Green’s ran true, but apparently our club captain thought the men’s Blue Tees were a little too far back in the tee box.

Having said that, only 4 players, from and excellent field of 80 (67 men, 13 Ladies) + 1 social player from another association, managed to get 36 or over Stableford points.   Well done to Allen Walker (Div 2 – 36 Pts), Kevin Neimeyer (Div 3 – 37 Pts) and Janine Hauser (Ladies – 37 Pts).

Congratulation especially to Brett Willis on his excellent game, scoring 43 points.  Although at the time of writing, I am still waiting on the results of his “tests”, and the feedback report from his “Marker”, and also word from the Handicapper as to why his handicapped ONLY dropped 2.5 shots. Hmm!

Photos: No good photos of any GOLFERS today as they were hard to find (or I was lazy).   Besides I was not going take any photos of Brett Willis who was playing in my group, as it was bad enough him gloating every time, he scored 3 or 4 points, without me swelling his head with a picture!
