The Competitions:
- The Championship Competition will be a 36 Hole Stroke event, played as two 18 Hole Rounds as per the Fixture Programme, unless the Committee deems otherwise.
- The competition will be played in three Men’s Divisions, Ladies Division and both Men’s and Ladies Age Division’s (70+ and 80+). Refer to the “Conditions of Play” website tab for the playing rules of the competition.
- A daily 18-hole Medley Stableford Competition will be held for those players electing to play Stableford Rounds on one or both days, and for those on either day who choose to submit incomplete Stroke Round scores, but who enter a Stableford score. Also, for players who choose to play only on day 1 or day 2.
Eligibility
To be eligible to play for any of the 36 Hole Championship events, a player must have competed in a minimum of three games in the current playing year. Any player who cannot meet the eligibility requirement (e.g. for medical reasons), may submit a request for a waiver of this eligibility requirement in writing to the Captain for consideration by the Match Committee. The Match Committee decision will be final. Non-eligibility for these events does not exclude a player from playing either day in the daily 18-hole Medley Stableford events.

Conditions of Play:
- Tee off will be according to the Time sheet or as called by the Starter.
- Current Golf Aust Handicaps will be used on Day 1 of the competition, with Playing Handicaps determined by the slope rating of the course where the championship is being played.
- On Day 2, the Playing Handicap used on Day 1 will again be used for all players playing their second Round of the Stroke competition. Those playing a Medley Stableford Round, will use their Playing Daily Handicap of that day.
- There will be three Divisions for the Men’s competition. Division 1: 0-10, Division 2: 11-18, and Division 3: 19+.
- The Champions will be the players with the best 36 Hole Total Nett scores.
- In the event of a Tie in any of the events, the winner will be decided by countback.
- Age on the first day of Championship play will be used for the ‘Age’ events.
- In the event that play on one of the scheduled dates is not able to commence or has to be stopped, an alternate date will be chosen at the discretion of the Committee.
All complaints must be in the hands of the Match Representative, in writing, within fifteen (15) minutes of the completion of the Round by the last group on either day.
The Match Representative for the competition will be Captain, or in his absence, a nominated Executive member.

36 Hole Gross – Winner
36 Hole Nett – Winners – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Divisions
36 Hole Nett – Winner – Aged over 70 years and under 80 years
36 Hole Nett – Winner – Aged 80 years and over
18 Hole Nett – Winners – Day 1 & Day 2 (Division 1, 2 & 3)
Ladies Stroke:
36 Hole Nett – Champion
36 Hole Gross – Winner
36 Hole Nett – Winner – Aged over70 years and under 80 years
36 Hole Nett – Winner – Aged 80 years and over
18 Hole Nett – Winners – Day 1 & Day 2
Medley Stable:
18 Hole Medley Stable – Winner
Trophy Conditions:
All players will receive a golf ball at Registration on Day 1 of the Championships and consequently, there will not be a Ball Rundown on Day 1.
Players may win only one of the above trophies but will be eligible to win Nearest the Pin prizes.
Winners of any of the above events will not be included in the Day 2 Ball Run Down.
Trophy Presentation:
All Trophies will be presented after the completion of Round 2, except that Nearest the Pin balls may be given out on Day 1, if recipients are present when the markers are returned.
