NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss, accept and/or reject the proposed Resolutions to the Ipswich District Veterans Golfers Association Constitution on Monday 25th August 2025 at the Ipswich City Golf Club, after the 2nd Round of the Championships. (After the game, but before the presentations).

All members should stay after the game for this short Special General Meeting (in accordance with Clause 24) to ensure we have a quorum to facilitate these critical changes to our constitution. Proxy votes will be accepted IAW Clause 27(1)(l).

Refer to the attached Notice and Agenda. Also attached are Explanatory Notes for each Resolution, a Proxy Vote Form and a copy of our CURRENT Constitution.
